Sarah's visit to Seoul / Korea.

Monthly birthday potluck (Ben and Eomeoni).
Eomeoni was gifted a "Miss Korea" sash by Minji. She proudly wore it all night.
Made hanji lanterns in Insadong with Michaela (her last week at Connexus!)
N Seoul Tower with KyungHee and her family (visiting from Winnipeg).
Went to a bunch of themed cafes…that's a white racoon in my chair.
Cat cafe rules :)
Really big stuffed poop taking up a whole table at the "poop cafe."
Sarah wanted to buy a toilet shaped mug but they were sold out.

Walked around Insadong / Gyeongbokgung Palace ...
…and around Dosim (hometown; parts of it feel rural).
Successfully bussed to Sockcho, land of Pokemon Go.
Did the Ulsanbawi hike at Sworaksan National Park.
(Google pictures! I was sad it was foggy for us).
Found a nice semi-secluded portion of beach and
read the entire Harry Potter and the Cursed Child  and
looked for sea glass from washed up soju bottles :)
Did a day program at Myogak Temple to learn more about Buddhism.
Ate some good food...
…admired some murals and traditional HanBok in the university area
(these steps are being remodelled but used to have a famous koi fish painting on them).
Made sure Sarah had a jimjilbang experience.
Said goodbye and returned to work with three new teachers
(Mark, Amanda and Graeme…more pictures to come later for August.

Execution was a bit hasty, but I love the title of this one :)
Sunset walking along the river path.
It's hot! Fans and "air con" are my best friends right now.
Picnic spot along the ceek near our house.
Minjeong led a lunchtime expedition to find it :)
Mid-conversation on the subway (some Saturday outing).
